"What does Perpetual Care actually cover?"
"When you purchase a lot with perpetual care, your funds are legally placed into a protected trust. By law, we cannot touch the principal deposit; we can only use the interest earned to maintain the cemetery as a whole.
These funds ensure that the grass is regularly mowed, roads and pathways are kept safe, trees are cared for, and the cemetery remains a peaceful, dignified place for future generations to visit. Because it is a general maintenance fund, it does not cover individual lot requests—such as washing a specific monument, planting custom flowers, or repairing a headstone damaged by time. Think of it as a collective promise to keep the entire park beautiful, which naturally protects the beauty of your individual lot."
