Raymond J. Perry, CEM, Capt. USCG (Ret.) is the Emergency Manager for the Town of Portsmouth RI, and was, until recently, an instructor for more than 13 years at the Mass. Maritime Academy Graduate School where he taught Emergency Operations under their Master of Science Emergency Management Program, and Emergency Preparedness for Facility Managers. Ray has over 40 years of operational disaster preparedness and response management as well as policy making experience. He welcomes the opportunity to discuss hurricane evacuation decision making, and what you can do to help protect what is most important in the event of a personal crisis.

This lecture is being offered on two different days at different times.
